Refund Policy

Digital Downloads — General Policy

Because all products on Unspun.Studio are digital downloads that are delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund request in the following circumstances:

  • The file could not be downloaded due to a technical error on our platform.
  • The file delivered was corrupt or significantly different from what was described.
  • A duplicate purchase was made within a short time due to a payment error.
How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact the designer directly via their store page, or contact our support team with your order details. Requests should be made within 14 days of purchase.

Designer Refund Policies

Individual designers may offer their own refund policies beyond this baseline. Please check a designer's store page for any additional terms they have stated.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through PayPal and may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Chargebacks

If a buyer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute directly through PayPal or their card provider, this process is outside our control and is handled entirely by PayPal under their Buyer and Seller Protection policies. We are unable to intervene in or reverse a chargeback once it has been raised.

In the event of a chargeback, please note that our platform fee on the original transaction is non-refundable. The fee reflects the service we provided in facilitating the transaction and is retained regardless of the outcome of any dispute raised after the fact.

Designers are encouraged to maintain clear pattern descriptions and cover images to minimise the risk of disputes. If you believe a chargeback has been raised fraudulently, please contact our support team and we will assist where we can.
